Sketching is the best way to think of options to your ideas. I feel its better to sketch something than write it down. All it takes is making it a habit.
I started sketching when i was really young probably in 1st grade. I continued it through my school life as a weapon against boring lectures. Many times its landed me in trouble too. But today my passion for sketching has landed me in a career where i can sketch all day and all night and be appreciated for it.
